I’ve always believed weddings are so much more than timelines and checklists - they’re love stories brought to life.
My own story started at the University of Georgia, where I graduated in 2015 with a degree in Public Relations (GO DAWGS!). Even then, I was the one raising my hand for every event project - trade shows, classes, anything that let me plan, organize, and create. I loved the buzz of it all, especially bringing people together.
The day I stepped into my role as Wedding Director for a group of Metro Atlanta venues, everything fell into place. Planning and directing weddings had me hooked from the very start.
In 2020, I took that passion and turned it into Everlasting Elegance. What started as a one-woman venture has now grown into a powerhouse team. Together, we’ve had the joy of guiding countless couples through one of the most meaningful milestones of their lives.

Meet emilie mitchell
I joined Everlasting Elegance in May 2024, but my love for weddings started years before that while working at a wedding venue in Athens, GA. I spent two years serving there before stepping into coordination after graduating college. Now, as an assistant coordinator and social media manager, I love bringing both organization and creativity to every celebration.
My favorite moment on a wedding day is watching the bride and groom walk back up the aisle together after saying “I do.” The joy on their faces makes every detail worth it!

With over five years of experience in the industry, I specialize in ensuring that your special day is executed flawlessly. Whether it's orchestrating the perfect setup or ensuring every detail is just right, I'm all about providing a seamless, stress-free experience.
My passion for events stems from being able to make an impact in bringing our clients' vision to life. I love getting the opportunity to execute such a memorable day, and I can't wait to join you on your wedding journey!

Meet leigh-ann early
I’ve been part of Kari’s team for the past four years. What began as a dream of becoming a wedding coordinator has grown into a career I truly love. I graduated from Georgia College & State University in 2017 with a B.S. in Psychology and spent five years teaching Pre-K and Kindergarten before transitioning into event coordination. Over the years, I’ve planned and decorated countless celebrations for family, friends, and my students, which inspired me to pursue this passion professionally
Nothing brings me more joy than helping couples see their dream day come to life. I strive to bring a calm, positive presence and an eye for detail to every wedding, ensuring the day feels seamless and stress-free so couples can fully soak in every moment of their “best day ever.”

In October 2024, I had the joy of working with Everlasting Elegance (Kari) as my own wedding planner, and the experience left such a lasting impression on me.
Weddings have always held a special place in my heart, and being part of a couple’s most meaningful day brings me so much joy.
I love supporting couples behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly so they can focus on what truly matters - celebrating their love and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Events, especially weddings, had me hooked from the very first time I stepped into a venue.
The atmosphere is always so fun and inviting, I couldn’t help but fall in love. I also get to use my art degree in creative ways all the time, so I really couldn’t ask for a better career!
