Meet Kari Gibbons
Hi! I’m Kari Gibbons, Owner of Everlasting Elegance. First of all congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I can’t wait to learn more about your big day, but first let me tell you a little bit about me. I graduated the University of Georgia in 2015 with a degree in Public Relations (GO DAWGS!). Within the field of PR, I always gravitated towards projects that involved event planning. Whether it be a CEU class or trade show, I loved the excitement of events. However, I wanted to take my love of events further and try weddings. I was hired as a Wedding Director for a group of venues in Metro Atlanta and on my first shift I knew I had to make a permanent career change.
In 2020, I made the leap and opened Everlasting Elegance. Now I get to plan weddings full time, and there is truly no greater job. We've grown from a company of one to a team of seven, capable of handling multiple events in a weekend. Launching my business has changed my life. I’ve been blessed to help couples make their wedding dreams a reality. I get so much joy helping couples create and execute one of the most special days in their lives, and I hope to be able to join you on your wedding journey.
